Dark Wholemeal

Made with just those four simple ingredients of flour, salt, water & yeast, this loaf is based on a traditional French Boule recipe. As you might have guessed, it has a really dark crust that is packed full of flavour, so much of which comes from its overnight proof.


Ingredients: white bread flour (gluten), wholemeal bread flour (gluten), salt, yeast, water. Allergens in brackets.
