Ginger & Apricot Flapjack

These little slices of joy were a Christmas discovery - with a little spare time on our hands we trialed a number of new products, these certainly came out on top. A super delicious and gooey slice packed full of gingery flavour, perfect for an afternoon treat.
 
Ingredients: jumbo oats (gluten), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black (sesame) seeds, dried apricots (sulfur dioxide), butter (milk), sugar, golden syrup, stem ginger, ground ginger. Allergens in brackets.
