Hot Cross Bun
As an Easter special we couldn't not make Hot Cross Buns. These are light and fluffy with some little gems of ginger. Perfect toasted with butter or simply on their own.
Ingredients: White bread flour (gluten), Sugar, (Milk), Salt, Yeast, Butter (Milk), Nutmeg, Mixed Spice, Raisins, Mixed Peel (Sulphur Dioxide), Stem Ginger, Lemon. Allergens in brackets.
Made in a bakery that handles milk, gluten, soya, nuts, sesame and eggs.
