Almond Croissant

One of our most popular pastries, this twice-baked almond croissant is brushed with vanilla syrup, filled and topped with almond frangipane, and sprinkled with flaked almonds before its second trip to the oven. To finish, we give each pastry a delicate dusting of icing sugar — the icing on the cake, as some might say.

Ingredients: White flour (gluten), salt, yeast, milk (milk), sugar, butter, (egg), ground & flaked almonds (nuts), plain flour, cornflour. Allergens in brackets.
