This delicious loaf has a soft, open crumb and a beautifully golden crust. Enjoy it fresh on the first day, then lightly toast from day two onwards. Made without any preservatives or additives, it will keep perfectly for around 5 days. Great for freezing too.
Ingredients: flour blend including rice, tapioca, potato, xanthan gum, water, salt, (egg), apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, yeast. Allergens in brackets.
Produced in an environment where milk, gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame and eggs are handled.
