Hot Cross Buns

Hot Cross Buns, always a favourite of us bakers. A soft delicately spiced bun with burst dried fruit and stem ginger. Brushed with a fruity syrup to finish.

Ingredients: strong white bread flour (gluten), sugar, salt, butter (milk), milk, yeast, mixed spice, nutmeg, raisins, mixed peel, stem ginger. Allergens in brackets.

Produced in an environment where milk, gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame and eggs are handled.
