A naturally moist cake with citrus running throughout and pops of raspberry within. The pistachio helps to brings through a wonderful texture and nuttiness. Topped with a lemon icing and freeze-dried raspberries. 

Ingredients: pistachio (nut), caster sugar, plain flour (gluten), baking powder, ground almonds, sea salt, (egg), better (milk), vanilla extract, lemon, raspberries, icing sugar, freeze-dried raspberries. Allergens in brackets. Made in a bakery that handles milk, gluten, soya, nuts, sesame and eggs.
