Our pure sourdough loaf is made from a simple blend of flour, water, and salt — that’s all. Crafted over a three-day process to develop deep, complex flavours, it’s the perfect loaf for any time of day.

Ingredients: strong white bread flour (gluten), wholemeal flour(gluten), rye flour (gluten), water, salt. Allergens in brackets.

Typical Weight: 715g

Produced in an environment where milk, gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame and eggs are handled.
