A beautifully balanced sourdough made with a pure sourdough levain and a simple blend of 70% wholewheat and 30% white flour. The result is a loaf with a rich, nutty depth and flavour we think is truly special.

Ingredients: strong white bread flour (gluten), wholemeal flour(gluten), rye flour (gluten), water, salt. Allergens in brackets.

Typical Weight: 880g

Produced in an environment where milk, gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame and eggs are handled.
