Wholemeal Sourdough

A delicious tasting sourdough made using a pure sourdough levain and a simple blend of 70% wholewheat and 30% white flour. In our eyes the flavours make for a very special loaf.


Ingredients: White bread flour (gluten), Whole Wheat bread flour (gluten), Rye flour (gluten), Salt, Water. Allergens in brackets.

Made in a bakery that handles milk, gluten, soya, nuts, sesame and eggs.
