A delicious tasting sourdough made using a pure sourdough levain and a simple blend of 70% wholewheat and 30% white flour, in our eyes the flavours make for a very special loaf.


Ingredients: White bread flour (gluten), Whole Wheat bread flour (gluten), Salt, Water. Allergens in brackets.
