Those childhood memories of road trips to quaint French villages led us on the journey of setting up our own micro bakery. For anyone who has been lucky enough to experience a true French boulangerie you'll know just what it means to enjoy handcrafted bread. Our ambition is to bring a slice of this experience to our local community.
In the fast paced world we live in today there's something special about stripping back to those basic ingredients of flour, water, salt and using traditional methods in the creation of real artisan products.
We're a micro bakery in the heart of a small village named Wendens Ambo just outside Saffron Walden. Our focus is sourdough, viennoiserie and small cakes. You can walk-up any day we're open and see what we have on offer. Alternatively you can also pre-order, check out our Online Shop to see how.
